We have to avoid these things in OUR SEO Tasks.
Because these things are count in Spam.

•   Comment posting in irrelevant blog and giving unrelated Link.
•   Paid Links (Selling Links for Money)
•   Copy the Content Form Other websites.
•   Jung or Bulk Submission Like Social Bookmarking and Article Submission
•   Low Quality Content with irrelevant anger link
•   Bouncing Rate Increasing
•   Stuffing Your Keyword
•   Giving back links to sites which is banned from Google
•   Linking to Irrelevant Website and Content

Thanks for sharing these thing. I was not aware about these factors regarding spam. I thought Spam backlinks affected my Kitchen Website . These things will help in my off page submissions & taking care of spam.
