How to remove DMCA Complaint filed against my Website?

Hello All,

I am Alice. I have a business website. Someone has filed a DMCA against my website 6 months earlier. Yes there was some duplicate content on my website. I have removed the content and registered my website for with DMCA protection badge. Then i have sent a request to Google to remove my website from DMCA and list it in the Google Search.

Almost 1 month is completed. My website homepage is stilled banned in Google Search.

Can anyone has any idea about how can i get back my website in Google Search and reove it from DMCA Complaint List.

You have removed duplicate content from your website and now your website is DMCA protected. Have you contact DMCA to remove your old complaints.
