what is keyword.txt?

Hello all,
I have seen somebody place a link keyword.txt at there meta portion, so I want to know about keyword.txt, so please define me if anybody know about it.

so don't define me robot.txt i know this cristal clear. I am only for keyword.txt

Dear, I never use keywords.txt in the meta portion. I have used the Robots.txt is a text (not html) file you put on your site to tell search robots which pages you would like them not to visit. Robots.txt is by no means mandatory for search engines but generally search engines obey what they are asked not to do .
