I have recently changed meta tag and whole content of my website page and It has been 2 week but still showing old meta tag on Google.

Hello JohnVilson,

It might have been showing old meta tags because Google didn't cached it ,but now i have checked your website and it last cached on 30 March 2015.

So i think your problem must have solved now.

you can check when did Google last cached your website
"cache:www.yourdomainname.com"

Try to force re-index the page via google webmasters tools. As practice shows, in this case, the page will re-index in 24 hours.
