Which links to disavow

I think i got a bunch of shitty links attached to my website.

How do i know which ones tho?  I saw a tutorial using scrape box and excel to somehow work out which were the bad ones but it was like 40 steps and i failed at the first hurdle, cant download scrape box


Anyone know of an easy way to figure out which links are causing my site harm ?
