django CMS is a free and open source[1] content management system platform for publishing content on the World Wide Web and intranets. It is based on Django (web framework)[2], and written in Python[3].
History
django CMS 1.0 was initally authored by Thomas Steinacher. Main development of django CMS 2.0 was by the Divio GmbH. The complete list of contributors is available here.
