Google Dictionary is a service of Google. Initially, it was a part of Google Translate, and now it is a standalone service.
This multi-lingual dictionary serves 28 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Korean, Spanish, Russian, Chinese (Traditional), Chinese (Simplified), Portuguese, Hindi, Dutch, Finnish, Hebrew, Czech, Greek, Bulgarian, Croatian, Serbian, Bengali, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Thai, Arabic, Kannada, Marathi.
For some unfathomable reason, the English version of Google Dictionary presents word definitions in second person instead of using the standard, impersonal definitions. For example, the definition of to eat is "when you eat something, you put it into your mouth, chew it, and swallow it; if you eat sensibly or healthily, you eat food that is good for you" [1]. Many commenters and users have derided this convention.
